Cancellation Policy
Clients must contact via text 48 hours prior to their appointment to reschedule/cancel. Anytime after 48 hours will result in 50% of the missed appointment to be charged before booking the next visit. No-shows will result in 100% of the missed appointment to be charged before booking the next visit. These policies are in place to protect my time and in turn for those on the waitlist for other clients to be able to get in.
